The main purpose of this site is to present the glimpses of our collection and demonstrate our Design and Manufacturing Expertise.
We had to strike a balance between how much we can show to our privileged customers and registered trade users and how much can we hide from people who thrive in copying concepts of the design oriented company like ITL.
As a registered trade user and ITL account you will be able to browse all the features of this site, Send Inquiries and receive detailed offers instantly.
We wish to point out that only a small portion of our vast collection is shown on the net. Based on your inquiry we will send you detailed offers of the collections of your interest in Adobe PDF format immediately and with your permission periodically thereafter.
These Presentations can be customized as your own for the products you order free of cost, so you can effectively pre sell your merchandise even before the shipment arrives.

Though the picture speaks thousand words, it is difficult to evaluate the quality of the product without the touch and feel. We would gladly send you representative samples of the categories you select . These are mostly free for our regular and new known accounts, we might have to charge small fee for most new accounts including the courier charges wherever the buyer does not use their courier account.

Minimum Order
We are not particular about the minimum dollar value of the order specially if it’s a beginning of a new business relations. However economics of production and other related expenses have to be considered.
Some of our major accounts started with small trial orders hence we have always encouraged smaller orders with the minimum of US $ 3000/- per order.
However certain minimums quantities per styles have to be maintained. This varies from product to product.

Prices
Prices are FOB Bombay in United States Dollars.
Prices quoted on the net are approximate and might vary by 5-8% either way depending upon the quantities, packing required and other related issues. Packing in most cases is bulk unless specifically mentioned. We can customize the packing as required. Based on your requirement final confirmation will be sent which will be valid for 30 days thereafter

Payment Terms
Preferred terms of Payment are Letter of Credit for Orders above US $ 10,000/-
For smaller orders we suggest 40% Advance Payment , Balance documents through your bank or Telex Transfer before shipment.

Delivery Time
Normal Delivery time is 60-75 days after final confirmation i.e. after receipt of Letter of Credit or Part Advance Payment. However bigger shipments and wood shipments in monsoon might take longer time. Its always a good idea to give extra production time and keep a reasonable margin to offset any unforeseen situation like current congestions at India Ports.

Port of Shipment - Consolidation
Being located in Bombay we have a advantage of short transit time to Bombay port. However we realize its normal practice for most customers to consolidate shipment from more then one vendor in a container. We will gladly co-ordinate with your consolidators and work out a solution.
